Run CPFR with Lumentum’s tier 1 customers in the NA region.• Analyze forecast signals from Customers, Sales and PLM to generate an aligned demand signal. • Collaborate within the Lumentum organization (demand managers) to prioritize and drive allocations that serve the best interests of customer portfolios. • Capture and note customer expectations, R & Os, KPIs, Sell out, Sell in and delivery metrics. Use this information to drive a consensus forecast with suppliers and build in the R & Os to mitigate risk.• Review supply commits and address any issues and priorities.• Manage forecasting, backlog, and scheduling processes.• Work with Supply planning team to develop and monitor flexibility and safety stock strategies.• Engage and Drive Weekly and Quarterly Business Reviews with the customer.• Review and Manage Planning models.• Manage inventory and customer VMI and safety stock levels.• Use analytics to develop trends and identify R & Os.• Be the one stop shop for providing supply commits to the customer.• Be responsible for top supply chain KPIs – E&O, Inventory, On time delivery and Forecast accuracy.
