Developed portal managing communication templates, reducing manual lookup processes and creating centralized template repository.2. Implemented RBAC and authentication systems to enhance application security.3. Created interactive dashboards using Highcharts library for business intelligence and data visualization showing Communication Templates migrated in each PI.4. Built orchestration service with custom task pipelines for generating communication outputs such as Letters and Emails based on request payloads(containing customer data) and configuration schema.5. Developed a service that decides for selecting the system(Legacy or New One) for sending communication based on various downstream and card product release.6. Built monitoring and alerting systems using ElastAlert framework for real-time application health tracking.7. Led stakeholder discussions with product owners to define deliverables and establish project timelines.
