Led arguments as the main counsel in a high profile PIL, resulting in the constitution of a SIT by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Assisted Dr. S. Murlidhar, Senior Advocate (Former Chief Justice, Orissa High Court) before the Hon’ble Supreme Court in an insolvency case concerning NCLAT\'s dismissal of an appeal by a corporate debtor\'s promoter on hyper-technical limitation grounds. Assisted Mr. Arvind Nigam and Mr. Rajiv Nayar, Senior Advocates, along with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, in a civil dispute concerning assets of more than Rs. 500-crore of an ex-DGP and independently drafted the pleadings. Assisted Mr. Saurabh Kirpal and Mr. Arvind Nayar, Senior Advocates, along with INDUSLAW in securing a favourable judgment in a Writ Petition challenging a blacklisting order issued by TCIL, a GoI undertaking. Briefed Mr. N. Hariharan and Ms. Pinky Anand, Senior Advocates before Hon’ble Delhi High Court in a criminal matter against an Australia based billionaire. Represented Owners\' Welfare Association against a prominent mall in Delhi over arbitrary maintenance charge hikes and election dispute within the association. Analyzed FEMA regulations, RBI guidelines on Special vs. General Approvals, and the LRS Scheme in a dispute involving the export of Spanish legacy currency (Pesetas), prepared a comprehensive legal opinion for the Secretary, DSLSA (Civil Judge). Advised and defended an Indian subsidiary of a US-based company in a commercial and white-collar fraud dispute. Successfully represented a client before the Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai, in a dispute involving the import of a vintage Aston Healey car. Worked on a dispute of above Rs. 100 Crores related to SPA & shareholders’ agreement. Analysed matrimonial laws of the UK and India to provide legal advice to British client. Worked on several high-stakes international commercial arbitration matters.
