I’m a Certified Independent Director and a delivery and transformation leader with 14+ years of experience working in large, complex organizations. Most of my career has been about making execution predictable, teams effective, and leadership decisions clearer—which naturally led me toward governance and board-level thinking.In my current role as a Delivery Manager and Agile Coach. I work with senior leaders for helping organizations navigate scale, complexity, and change. My day-to-day work involves delivery governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and leadership coaching, often acting as a bridge between strategy and execution.What I enjoy most is asking the questions that usually don’t get asked:Where are the real risks hiding?Are incentives driving the right behaviour?What will break if pressure increases?How sustainable is this decision six months from now?Alongside my delivery leadership role, I’m deeply interested in corporate governance, ESG, sustainability, and CSR—not as buzzwords, but as practical board responsibilities.
