With 30 years of experience in strategic planning, academic administration, research, and teaching, I am currently the Vice Chancellor at Desh Bhagat University NAAC A+ Accredited University in Punjab, India. Looking overall administrative affairs, and lead a team that supports all divisions and domains across campus. My mission is to promote the university in a regional, national, and international context, and to increase the financial and human resources available to the university to realize its full potential.As a former founder and youngest Vice Chancellor of India of previous two Universities,I have a proven track record of strategic planning, faculty empowerment, collaboration and partnerships, industry interface, research and innovation, and student support. I have supervised and mentored multiple scholars, and have published more than 80 research papers in various conferences and journals. I am passionate about enhancing the quality and impact of education, and fostering a culture of excellence and diversity.Expertise in building institutions from scratch to brand in India and abroad.
