Support origination and structuring income generating mortgages for multifamily, retail, industrial and offices by critically reviewing loan approval summary, market reports, financial information, and complex ownership structure.(Average deal size ~$25M and over) Collaborate closely with the real-estate group and act as a key member of the deal team to prepare and evaluate commercial mortgage applications for preliminary credit assessment, guiding pricing decisions and assessing risk compatibility. Review and provide expert guidance on annual reviews on ~$1.2B portfolio, completed by the credit team, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Ensure rigorous compliance with operating standards and credit procedures, escalating deals exceeding lending limits to senior management for review and concurrence.
