As a Supply Chain Intern at VitalSource, I apply my analytical skills and knowledge in demand forecasting, data analysis, and inventory management to contribute to the effective management of supply chain operations. I analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to forecast demand for a wide range of products identified by ISBNs. I also collaborate closely with the purchasing, marketing, and sales departments to adjust forecasts based on promotional activities and seasonal trends. Additionally, I assist in managing inventory levels to ensure we meet customer needs without overstocking and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to share with the team.I am currently pursuing an MBA at North Carolina State University, where I am studying Marketing and Innovation, Technology, Entrepreneurship and Commercialization (STEM). I have a strong academic background in Chemical Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University and a Master of Technology in Dyestuff and Intermediates Technology from Institute Of Chemical Technology.
