I am an Applied AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience building data-driven and machine learning solutions, currently focused on designing and deploying production-grade Generative AI systems.Recently, I led the end-to-end development of an enterprise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platform that processes ~2,500+ operational emails per day by integrating Outlook (Microsoft Graph API), Salesforce data, and document pipelines. Beyond initial development, I redesigned the system architecture to improve retrieval performance—moving from thread-level to email-level ingestion, implementing large-scale deduplication, introducing a structured SQL layer, and optimizing vector search using Qdrant. This significantly improved accuracy, reduced token usage, and enabled stable production deployment.My experience spans the full lifecycle of AI systems—from POC and architecture design to stakeholder engagement, on-site requirement gathering (Singapore), and production delivery.
