   Overall 25 yrs of experience, with 19 yrs in IT Industry as a Oracle ERP Practioner- Core experience spans across Solutions, Consulting and People Management- Led integration (M&A) efforts to carve out a leading Oracle Practice with best of the capabilities and offers.In my role as a Presales Leader, being a part of the Go-To-Market team at Capgemini-NA, where our sole focus is on growing Oracle footprint in North America- Solutions and Pre-Sales lead, responsible for driving pursuits from Value proposition, to solutions and also delivery to customer- I have also played the role of a Solution Architect for our Practice (Internal and external facing). I have mentored and lead ideas across Procure to Pay, Supply Chain and even technology areas. These solutions form the base of the differentiating components of the capabilities of the Oracle Practice at Capgemini - Led integration effort during IGATE\'s acquisition of Patni and Capgemini\'s Acquisition of IGATE, to carve out a best in class Go-To-Market Strategy for Oracle Practice- In Consulting Capacity, I have worked on different Consulting projects which were focused on - Recommending Post M&A roadmap, defining best Practices in ERP and CRM adoption, Worked on Application Portfolio Rationalization effort too for a Fortune 10 company. Some of the other customers include Hi-Tech Manufacturer, Leading Healthcare- In Delivery space, In the initial 10 years I have worked through the ladder in various roles in Delivery at onsite and offshore. I have spent around 6 years at onsite working for marquee clients like General Electric (Procure to Pay Program Manager), New York Stock Exchange (Billing Migration Project, Program Manager) and on engagements with Oracle Consulting as a Project Manager from offshore.
