I am solely responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CS features that directly impact enterprise automation reliability at scale.Key Contributions & Achievements: Connection Service Ownership – Solely responsible for building and enhancing CS features, ensuring performance, stability, and correctness across large-scale tenant environments. Trigger Platform Enhancements – Designed and implemented critical changes to the Create Trigger flow across Connection Service, Udon, and GallupX: Optimized DB load by introducing incremental trigger configuration propagation. Implemented TriggerHash computation for efficient deduplication, indexing, and event dispatch. Resiliency & Observability – Developed advanced.NET 8 logging extensions with execution tracking (Start(), Complete(), Failed()), improving visibility into latency and failures across distributed microservices. Azure Expertise – Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Kusto Query Language (KQL) to build observability dashboards, troubleshoot latency, identify 5xx errors, and track top-tenant impacts.
