About Harshitha Venkateswaran
I’m a Management & Information Systems student at San José State University (minor in Computer Science) with a strong interest in project management, software engineering, and building and managing systems that are both thoughtful and reliable.I’m currently working on an automated user feedback analysis system that uses AI APIs for sentiment analysis, summarization, and data visualization — this gave me real-world exposure to APIs, text data, and system design. This project was inspired by the computer science research I do at SJSU, which focuses on bilingual coding and accessibility. This helped to strengthen my analytical thinking and ability to work across technical and non-technical contexts.(Fun fact: Our team wrote a paper on our research, which got selected for the SIGCSE Symposium 2026!)I enjoy writing code, debugging problems, and understanding how systems work end-to-end. I’m currently seeking internship opportunities in both software and management, where I can continue learning, contribute meaningfully, and help manage and build impactful products.
