Provide proactive operational and administrative support to the Deputy Facilities Services Manager and wider Facilities team.•Coordinate delivery of high-quality cleaning, patient catering, and linen services across the Trust.•Act as a key link between management, contracted providers, and ward/department teams to ensure smooth communication.•Support day-to-day service operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective follow-through.•Assist in conducting routine and ad-hoc audits aligned with National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness and food safety standards.•Contribute to implementation of service improvement plans and projects.•Monitor contract performance, track KPIs, and support performance management processes.•Prepare and present regular performance reports for the management team.•Identify risks, escalate non-compliance, and support corrective actions.•Work closely within clinical and non-clinical environments to enhance patient and staff experience.•Uphold and promote Trust values of Safe, Kind, and Excellent in all aspects of service delivery.
