About Harshitha M

A psychologist, with deep passion and training in child mental health and well-being, an avid learner, enthralled by the complexity of human personality and behaviour. With particular interests in areas of Expressive art therapy, I look forward to integrate creative media and knowledge and understanding of human mind and behaviour, to create a safe, holistic and comfortable space for expression. Dealing with children and exploring and applying methods to help children grow through every experience has been my calling. Working in areas of child behaviour management, remedial education, during my training has accentuated this passion of mine. As a strong believer, in thinking in terms of possiblities, rather than limitations, I envision to explore, learn and integrate my understanding of Behaviour science, to create a safe, non-judgemental and compassionate space for every child I work with, to facilitate free and unbounded expression and creativity.

   As a trainee, my responsibilities included, client intake, administering psychometric assessments (IQ, SLD Screening, ADHD, ASD Rating Scales) and participating in case discussions. In addition, behavioural therapies for children with ADHD, ASD and remedial teaching for children with ASD, was carried out.
