Currently working as SPM at Sprinklr, leading a team of 30+ individuals, driving AI & Generative AI product innovations, with a projected revenue impact of $20M. I have led the digital transformations for HDFC Bank (the 8th largest bank globally) and Deutsche Telekom (the world\'s most valuable telecom brand), doubling their digital customer reach and helping them save millions of dollars in contact center operations with Sprinklr Services. I have also worked with Partners in Germany, Croatia, and Austria, onboarding them to Sprinklr, reducing implementation costs, and securing $10M+ in new deals. I have also conducted product management workshops and training at campuses and played an incremental role in recruiting and mentoring over 15 Product Analysts within a one-year period.
