While events are one piece of the puzzle, engagement runs deeper — it’s about how people feel about their teams, their culture, their growth, and their everyday experience.I design and execute strategic engagement initiatives that go beyond events — creating a culture where employees feel connected, recognised, and motivated. My work spans end-to-end program design, cross-functional stakeholder management, and experience-driven planning.My approach is deeply employee-centric — rooted in listening, creating space for voices to be heard, and designing meaningful experiences that reflect who we are as a company.Some of the work I lead includes:1.
