As an aspiring industrial engineer with a rich background in both academic and practical applications of industrial engineering principles, I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at Penn State University. My academic journey is complemented by my role as a teaching assistant and my deep involvement in cutting-edge research areas including digital twin creation, Industry 4.0 technologies, and discrete event simulation (DES). These interests have propelled me to undertake diverse projects and assignments, where I\'ve applied my knowledge to solve real-world problems.Before embarking on my academic pursuits, I gained valuable industry experience as an Industrial System Engineer at Airbus Group for 2.5 years. There, I harnessed the power of DES to analyze and enhance various facets of Airbus plants, focusing on logistics, production line efficiency, and optimal resource management. My work extended to developing comprehensive dashboards and tools for Key Performance Indication (KPI) and identification, enabling detailed what-if scenarios and trade-off studies. This hands-on experience has equipped me with profound expertise in production line optimization and logistics and resource management, areas critical to the success of modern manufacturing environments.In addition to my technical endeavors, I have actively contributed to the mentoring of students across India through the Early Bird program, facilitating their seamless transition from campus to corporate settings.
