I currently work with Truemeds, a fast-growing e-pharmacy, where my work goes far beyond filling roles. I build teams that keep medicines moving, warehouse and hyperlocal logistics across India, along with niche talent in marketing and finance. In healthcare, every hire matters. People don’t just fill positions, they support patients who depend on timely, affordable care. Being part of a company that quite literally helps people heal reshaped how I see HR, not as roles and KPIs, but as responsibility, continuity, and impact. Working closely with operations and business leaders taught me what drives outcomes on the ground, not just on paper.But my story didn’t start here, and the best way to tell it is the way I once wrote it.My story began in Sanskari Vadodara, calm and kind,where humility and respect quietly shape the mind.Those values stayed with me, work and life combined,through classrooms, cities, and every grind.I’m the one who can’t sleep till it’s done:from assignments to hiring sprints to a hard-won win.Student council, karate medals, high-altitude treks —discipline anchors me; pressure brings my best.A quiet topper — steady, sincere;not chasing marks, just loving what I pursue.After 12th I moved to Mumbai alone,and independence became a strength I grew.Resilience and grit — life’s honest school —adapt anywhere, don’t stall, don’t fold.I explored finance, sustainability, insurance too,learning how industries breathe and move.I volunteered with an NGO, helping children read and write —because giving back has always felt right.Then HR consulting: chaos and craft —onboarding, grievances, leadership paths.Managing ages 18 to 60 taught me this:calm, structure, and people sense beat rigid rules.Alongside, I built systems and signals:HRIS, dashboards, analytics, predictive models.People + data became my space —a rare blend I keep sharpening.Personally: I paint, dance, meditate, swim,solve Rubik’s cubes when life feels dim.Emotional, intuitive, deeply aware —the kind of human HR should always care to be.Then came scale and speed — Truemeds found me there:hypergrowth hiring, pressure everywhere.Warehouses to HQ, pan-India,partnering with leaders to align talent to momentum.That’s where I learned HR isn’t policy alone —it’s business, people, judgment, fully grown.Now I step forward — not rushed, not unsure —seeking HRBP/TA roles where impact is pure:where I can partner, question, enable, and grow,and help businesses scale without losing their soul.If this resonated, I’d love to continue the conversation.
