Acting as a key contact point for academic staff, learners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution and resolution of academic queries.7. Continuously monitoring quality assurance measures and recommending improvements for program delivery and learner experience.8. Mentoring and guiding junior academic staff and contributing to strategic academic initiatives.
