As an advocate at Argus Partners, a leading law firm in India, I leverage my 10+ years of experience in equity research and corporate and financial law to provide legal solutions and advice to clients in complex and dynamic situations. I have a Master of Laws degree in Corporate and Financial Law from Jindal Global Law School, and I have acquired analytical, finance, and accounting skills through my previous roles as an equity research analyst and a financial analyst. My core competencies include research, analysis, writing, communication, and problem-solving. I have worked with various clients and sectors, including energy, banking, and insurance, and I have initiated coverage on several mid- and small-cap companies listed in Australia and China. I have also contributed to the development of detailed financial models and valuation methods for high-yield issuers and other projects.
