ABOUT HARSHITA BAJAJ
I am currently completing my PhD from National Forensic Science University (NFSU) in Behavioural Studies. My thesis is on \"Effectiveness of Correctional Programmes in the Rehabilitation and Reformation of Offenders\" wherein I worked (and continue to work) with prisoners and ex-prisoners to understand the suitability and impact of correctional programs in reforming them and helping them readjust to society upon release. As a Productivity and Accountability Coach, I work with clients to help them become more productive, beat procrastination and build more accountability.
