I am an engineer with expertise in running business logistics and analytics, both statistically and technically.Change for me is actively stepping out of my comfort zone to learn something new. The biggest change that I am looking forward to after my MBA at ESSEC is exploring new avenues of personal and professional growth. I have realised over the course of the last two years working at my family business that while my career graph had a great curve there is so much potential for me to diversify and learn new things.Owing to all the learnings I gain at Essec in regardant to case studies, group discussion and networking events with top luxury brands combined with previous experience in business analysis and maintaining logistics, I aim to further take a deep dive and apply these skills in any industry of luxury sector I work for.I worked for my family business, leading both production and retail departments, till the day I flew down to Paris to join the MBA program at ESSEC. While I took the lead of above-mentioned departments, helped elaborate a new marketing policy that focused on new organic growth channels, and raised a yearly net profit of 30k and managed a team of 15-20 people.Building on my interest in the field of computer networking, I decided to join Verizon post-graduation where I worked for 2 years as a software development engineer. In those years I worked with an international team of 10 people.I consider myself as a person with strong mental ability because of my decisive nature, hardworking attitude and gifted with managing interpersonal communication. I currently speak four languages (English, Hindi, Telugu and French (B1)). In addition to my academic and professional background, I worked for various NGOs across India supporting child welfare and education.
