In my current role at AWS EC2 demand planing, I lead teams in developing software solutions to tackle complex business problems related to capacity planning and infrastructure optimization. Our systems intelligently map logical instance demand to physical data center servers, ensuring efficient resource allocation. By leveraging advanced forecasting models and optimization techniques, we streamline supply chain operations to minimize costs while maintaining high availability and scalability. This involves collaborating closely with product, finance, and infrastructure teams to align demand forecasts with real-world supply constraints, ultimately driving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness at scale.
