Dealing with OEMs like Honeywell, Collins, etc, and MROs such as Wencor group, HIECO group, Lufthansa Technik, etc. Monitoring the implementation of CPH contracts and handling the over and above repair cost. Leveraged SQL and Spotfire to build a dashboard to capture on time performance of repair orders. Developed VBA and SQL based tool to automate the scrap process of Rotables parts, which directly contributes in maintaining bin health of Rotables and service levels. Liaising with AOG team for MEL and AOG requirements. Liaising with internal stakeholders for Rotable and repairable parts stock health. Handling supply chain process for various engineering projects, retrofits and base maintenance checks.
