I\'m Harshit Tewatia, a manager under training at the International Management Institute, New Delhi, and pursuing PGDM-HR. I\'m thrilled to connect with fellow HR enthusiasts, students, and professionals who share a passion for the world of Human Resources. 🤝About Me:I am currently pursuing my formal education in Human Resources at IMI New Delhi, driven by a strong belief in the transformative power of HR practices. Holding a keen interest in understanding how Human Resources form a vital asset, the abundance and lack of which can make or break an organization, I aim to further my knowledge of the field, learn, grow, and create workplace environments that allow people to display their true potential. My Journey:My academic journey, right from the initial phases of exposure to leadership and teamwork skills, has provided me with solid foundations in HR principles. Excited to indulge in the journey, I look forward to diving deep into the various aspects and concepts of talent acquisition, talent development, diversity management, recruitment procedures, DEBI, and more. Lifelong Learner:Transitioning from a technical background to that in HR management has only reinforced my belief that 1. It\'s never too late to learn and 2. You\'re never done learning. There is always something new that you can explore. And as one of my respected professors has said, and I quote,\" The world is VUCA. VUCA you may ask? Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous.\" As dynamic as it is, you can never be 100% sure and say that you are a \"Know it\". Beyond HR:While HR is my primary focus, I\'m also passionate about fine arts, badminton, and reading. I find that these diverse interests enrich my perspective contribute to my overall personal growth, and provide me with a reprieve from the fast-paced and competitive management world.
