   Handling end to end Allocation/ MIS support for a team of 115+ report quality checkers/writers. Deriving workable cases from various MIS logs received from internal MIS teams/fetched from internal portals and assigning them to fellow team members as per their expertise. Following up with the fellow team members for closures and to make sure that all the reports are getting dispatched within TAT. Preparing various MIS reports and flashing them to management on hourly, bi-hourly, daily basis or as and when required. Coordinating with client services and operations teams for smooth functioning of the process. Resolving quieres of the fellow team members and to motivate them for quality results. Root cause analysis of escalations received for fellow team members and updating the same on internal portal. Handling OJT batches and providing them client specific training for various clients. Working closely with Team leaders, SME\'s and CSE\'s and sharing inputs regarding process development. Analyzing error in Final Report and rectifying the same and sharing correct Report with client.
