Responsible for Assembly line & Proto Assembly quality issues and take required action through ORC activities.5. Responsible for Completing ISA- PPAP (Initial Sample approval) activity of NPD parts handover to regular IQC. Visiting supplier for defects analysis and countermeasures verification.7. Responsible for ECR / DCR for any change required in design. Responsible for Fulfilling company Compliance targets. Responsible for Bought out parts adherence of European & US norms for export tractors. Responsible for supplier process audit as per plan and other day to day activities of VQC. Responsible for AC cabin related parts. Responsible for project related activities.
