I was actively involved in drafting and managing timely responses to regulatory authorities, including the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), while ensuring process integrity, risk mitigation, and customer-centric resolution.I have also served as Nodal Officer, Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO), and Team Head for “Salary Now” (NBFC), and have professional experience with AU Small Finance Bank.
