This experience deepened my expertise in budgeting, variance analysis, and working capital management, and I led initiatives that unlocked ₹54 Cr in stuck funds, improving liquidity.Then came an opportunity to build something from the ground up—joining Adani Group\'s Kutch Copper Limited, a Greenfield project. Initially leading budgeting and FP & A, I was soon entrusted with the entire FP & A function, shaping financial strategies for an ₹8,500 Cr manufacturing venture.
