Programmed, simulated and commissioned a 15% of multi-million-dollar Amazon fulfilment centre project for 2 sites. This project is to program and emulate the smart automated scanner driven conveyor DCA (Distributed Controls Architecture) system before going to real site to minimise the controls commissioning time which helps overall project to finish before due dates.\\\\n Designed Excel-VBA macro-based tools to generate the PLC code from raw inputs received from design. These tools managed to finish days’ worth of programming in hours; which is big cost down side-project helping each and every project to reach to finish line way faster.\\\\n Trained and mentored team of new colleagues to speed up their understanding on overall product as well as constantly guiding them to be successful Engineers to enhance their thought-process to see bigger picture within organisation.\\\\n Supported fully commissioned industries with their Go-live-site for months to ensure system functions flawless by debugging high volume test-fail scenarios.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
