ABOUT HARSHIT AGARWAL
Our group works on the industry standard compact modeling of planar (BSIM-BULK/BSIM4/IMG/SOI) and non-planar transistors (BSIM-CMG). We are leading efforts towards the development of BSIM-BULK based High Voltage model. Our group has deep interest in energy efficient device technologies like Negative Capacitance FETs, including model development, device optimization and device-circuit co-design. We also actively work on the modeling of emerging memory technologies like spin transfer torque magnetic RAM and ferroelectric memories for in-memory computing challenges. We work in collaboration with many industry and academic partners, like UC Berkeley, IIT Kanpur etc.
