Conduct concrete quality control testing in accordance with CCIL certification requirements and CSA A23.1 / A23.2 standards.Perform field and laboratory testing on fresh and hardened concrete, including slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, and compressive strength.Prepare, cure, and test concrete cylinders and specimens following CCIL and CSA procedures.Monitor concrete batching, mixing, and production processes to ensure compliance with approved mix designs and CSA specifications.Inspect aggregates, cement, admixtures, and raw materials to verify quality and consistency.Identify non-conforming test results and coordinate with plant and production staff to implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate quality control records, test reports, and CCIL documentation for audits and compliance.Support mix design adjustments to meet strength, durability, and workability requirements under varying site and weather conditions.Follow Ontario health and safety regulations and company QA/QC procedures.
