ABOUT HARSHIL PUROHIT
I am a Resident Advisor at San Jose State University, where I serve as a liaison between university housing faculty and incoming freshman. I am also pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Management Information Systems, with a certification in CCNA: Introduction to Networks. My core competencies include team leadership, critical thinking, and management skills. As a Resident Advisor, I collaborate with a team of 18 fellow advisors to plan various on-campus programs, fostering a safe and welcoming environment, while promoting a sense of unity among 24 residents. I also advise residents with academic and personal inquiries, empowering them to achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.
