Perform general maintenance, repairs, and minor upgrades to facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure le.g, plumbing, lighting, doors, HVAC filters, small equipment).• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, building systems, and facility areas to identify and report Issues.• Support scheduled preventative maintenance tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Manager or senior tradespeople.• Prepares and submits the daily reactive maintenance report using the business system/software provided by the company.• Assist external contractors working on fire alarms, security systems, life safety equipment, and building repairs.• Respond to maintenance requests and facility emergencies in a timely, customer-focused manner.• Help set up, move, or reconfigure equipment and facility spaces as needed.• Maintain clean and organized workspaces, mechanical rooms, and maintenance areas.• Complete required maintenance records, checklists, and reporting documentation accurately.• Follow all health and safety protocols, working with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure a safe work environment.• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to help raise the bar for facility performance and reliability.• Perform other facility-related duties as assigned to support the business.• Support the inventory of spare parts and tools maintained in the facility
