I’m Harshid (also known as Harry), a Vancouver-based VFX Compositor with a strong foundation in photoreal integration, cleanup, and shot finishing for film and episodic projects. My journey began with a deep curiosity for how visual illusions are built, a passion that led me from freelance experiments to formal training in the Advanced Visual Effects program at the Centre for Entertainment Arts (CEA).Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience across multiple VFX disciplines including modeling, lighting, and animation, but I discovered my true creative zone in compositing, where storytelling and technical precision come together.Skilled in Nuke, After Effects, Maya, Houdini, and Katana, I specialize in integrating CG with live-action plates, cleanup and roto-paint work, and fine-tuning color and depth continuity to deliver seamless, story-driven visuals.
