I am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. I have worked as a Customer Success and Strategy Manager for Unifynd Technologies, with 2 years of experience in strategy and product management. I was responsible to create loyalty strategies for the clients to ensure they meet their KPIs and we retain the account for an extended period. Previously, I was a Product Analyst for BillDesk, with 1 year of experience bridging gaps between business and engineering teams by developing new product features. I graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering, Mumbai. I served as Joint Secretary for the college IETE Committee and was a national finalist in a business case study competition hosted by SPJIMR, Mumbai. I completed my Class 12 at Pace Junior Science College and Class 10 at Vissanji Academy with stellar academics.
