   Currently, my roles and responsibilities include- Working with the CEO and co-founders to develop the technical strategy of the company by discussing goal setting and analyzing risks- Working with product development teams to aid in recruitment and retention efforts and streamline production operations- Being an advocate for innovative ideas and high production- Fulfilling responsibility towards eZee’s distributor network by assisting in partner acquisition, building the company’s presence and voice in terms of technology, and keeping up on technology trends of the market- Maximizing the efficiency of production efforts by coordinating the various teams and operations involved in the process and ensuring there is no overlap- Keeping an eye out for new technological developments that can help the company improve efficiency and customer satisfaction- Building confidence in the company’s vision, participating in client and partner meetings, and working diligently to meet partners, clients and industry needs- Maintaining current knowledge of technology landscape and developments- Consolidating our technology platforms and create plans for each- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture- Supervising operations of eZee products, devising strategies and implementing them to optimize product performance- Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage- Help departments use technology profitably- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency- Build quality assurance and data protection processes- Monitor KPIs and development budgets to assess technological performance.
