New Steam Boilers (Ongoing Project)At CGT, steam is more than just hot vapor—it’s the lifeblood of our process. As our plant needs have evolved, our old boilers could no longer keep up with the dynamic steam demands of modern operations. That’s why we’ve kicked off a major upgrade to next-generation steam boilers.This ongoing project focuses on matching our steam profile more precisely—ensuring we generate just the right amount of steam when and where it’s needed. With advanced load-matching capabilities and improved turndown ratios, the new boilers can ramp up or down quickly without wasting energy. We\'re moving from outdated models to powerful units, designed not just for capacity, but for smarter, cleaner operation.The goal? A more responsive steam system that supports production better, saves fuel, and sets the foundation for future automation and efficiency improvements.
