As the Director of Estimating at Unity, I have over 10 years of experience and have managed over $1 billion in pre-construction activities, including business development, design evaluation, land development, budgeting and estimating, purchasing, value engineering, project execution, risk management, and project control.My experience spans various sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, industrial, education,(AI) could centers, corporate, and retail, where I have assisted Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders in achieving their objectives efficiently.My role encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, involving proactive client engagement, collaboration between design and project management teams, and coordination with estimators and subcontractors.    Unity is one of the largest General Contracting and Construction Management firm in Greater New York City Area. I am working full-time as a Director Of Estimating. With the hands of assisting and managing the Projects, leading the project from scratch, dealing with Owner/Client; Architects; Project Management firms; MEP consultants; CMs, Field Engineers to field Labors. To add on, Executing the project by creating scope of work for the Project by reading the blue prints, handling the requests i.e: RFP and RFIs, negotiating sub contractor\'s cost quotes, preparing bid form, estimating/ budgeting and scheduling a time frame for project substantial completion, hosting the change of order if required, submitting the documents for permit, managing the on-going projects efficiently, co-coordinating with project manager and sub contractors.
