Hi, I’m Harshav, a passionate professional with a diverse background across e commerce, startups, and corporate strategy. Currently, I serve as a Program Manager at the Director’s Office at Ecom Express, where I lead P&L management and cost optimization, drive strategic initiatives across departments, and engage directly with the C-suite and investors on firm-wide performance.My MBA journey at IIM Bangalore played a pivotal role in shaping my problem-solving approach. Surrounded by brilliant peers and world-class faculty, I deepened my understanding of business fundamentals and developed a sharp focus on data-driven decision-making. Being elected as the President of the batch is one of the major highlight of my journey at the prestigious institute. Previously, I founded a women’s clothing startup, managing the entire B2C lifecycle, from vendor onboarding and procurement to driving INR 15L+ in revenue and building a customer base. My hands-on experience in product strategy and consumer understanding shaped my business driven mindset.I’ve also worked at Tata Power in business operations and project management, sharpening my ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments.With a strong foundation in business strategy, operations, and product thinking, I’m always looking to collaborate, learn, and create impact.
