I’m building Exterview, an AI-native talent intelligence platform designed to modernize how enterprises hire at scale.At Exterview, we help global organizations accelerate recruiter screening through agentic AI–led telephonic screening, followed by AI-driven voice and immersive avatar interviews. This enables unbiased, skill-first evaluation early in the hiring funnel while maintaining speed and consistency. Exterview acts as a co-pilot for recruiters, reducing time-to-hire, improving screening accuracy, and delivering a seamless candidate experience across roles and geographies.We focus on one of enterprise hiring’s hardest challenges: scaling high-quality screening and interviews without increasing recruiter workload or introducing bias. Exterview is built for modern talent teams hiring across technology, enterprise applications, and emerging skill domains.Alongside this, at NITDATA, we are building talent infrastructure for enterprises and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) designed to support large-scale technology team expansion.Our model is structured around domain-focused capability pods, including AI Pods, Data Pods, Cloud Pods, and Engineering Pods, enabling organisations to scale talent capacity quickly across critical technology programs.Passionate about the future of hiring, I work at the intersection of AI, talent intelligence, and enterprise workflows, building solutions that help organizations hire faster, fairer, and smarter.
