I am a PGDM candidate at FORE School of Management, specializing in Marketing and Information Systems. As part of my academic journey, I also completed an International Immersion Program at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, gaining global exposure to innovation-driven business models and cross-cultural management practices.I am currently serving as the Co-Coordinator of SIG-HR, where I lead strategic event planning, industry engagement, and content development focused on contemporary HR trends and organizational insights.During my MBA, I completed my Summer Internship at InnovationM as an MIS Intern, where I contributed to organizational analysis, reporting enhancement, and data-driven decision support to improve operational efficiency and cross-departmental insights.Prior to my MBA, I worked at Capgemini as a Senior Software Engineer, delivering key projects for HSBC Bank across backend development, QA, automation, stakeholder coordination, and process analysis.Before that, I served as a Systems Engineer at TCS, deputed as a Consultant at NCCL (NCDEX), where I implemented SEBI-aligned regulatory and functional enhancements under time-sensitive conditions in a financial regulatory environment.I hold a B.Tech in Information Technology from Techno Main Salt Lake. I bring a strong mix of technical depth, marketing perspective, and cross-functional collaboration, with a mindset focused on learning, ownership, and creating business impact.

Responsible for managing internal workflows, ensuring content and event delivery standards, and maintaining high levels of accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Collaborate closely with faculty supervisors to align deliverables with strategic expectations, while fostering a results-driven and quality-focused team environment. This role has enhanced my leadership, operational planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance management capabilities—further supporting my interest in consulting, organizational operations, and people-centric business roles.
