The refinery incorporates state-of-the-art technology and almost all the global players in Refining technology like Chevron, UOP, Axens, Halder Topsoe find their wide presence in the refinery. Instrumentation & Control systems are latest including Yokogawa Vnet/IP DCS, GE Fanuc LM90-70 PLC, smart field instruments, etc. The present authorized capital of the company is Rs. crores and paid up capital is Rs. 735.63 crores. The shareholding pattern as on 31••••06 is given below : Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited : 61.65% Govt. of Assam : 12.35% Oil India Limited : 26.00%
