Having a successful track record of working in CIB Tax operations, managing teams, and developing talent at different levels thereby improved processes and demonstrated successful teamwork. In my recent role at JP Morgan Services India Pvt. Ltd, I successfully handled multiple tasks, took initiative to improve team performance, worked intensely towards challenging goals, and develop creative solutions that are realistic and have practical value.    Assist in production (Instruments creations and closing Prices data quality). •Configuration of Instruments; indices, stocks, ETFs, Rates, Convertible Bonds and Warrants in EQD systems (FO to Accounting) requested for the needs of Trading teams. •Control Static data and life cycle of Instruments. Process Daily code changes following Corporate Actions. •Control Market data daily feed (quality and consistency). This data is used to generate the P&L and to price products. •Ensure controls accurately applied in within Operations, and regularly upgraded based on evolutions. •Formalize transparent and synthetic summaries of activity in timely manner (e.g, Daily through escalations to manager when applicable, weekly to head of department for activity supervision, monthly in providing some key metrics reflecting KPIs). •Ensure continuous improvement support in processes and system enhancements (IT, Operations, Product Developments). •Supervise the team learning continuity and training programs and coach day-to-day activity, through activity monitoring indicators and support in production priorities. •Be the entry point for business, management, clients, and other partners. •Apply control and escalation procedures on breaks between different systems. •Respect any timeline and deadline cutoffs. •Contribute in all control plan protocols according local operational risk policies. •Contribute in precision and accuracy of activity metrics and escalate any relevant problems or success to management on a continuous basis.
