Recruited and trained a team of 9 members as a part of team expansion and inducted them as well. •Conceptualized and developed Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) documents on several functions of Monitoring, Impact and Capability Building. •Leading Capability Building as exclusive function of department to with objective to build capacity NGO partners on Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting component as a whole.•Conceptualized, designed, developed and rolled out Learning Management System (LMS) and WhatsApp Chatbot to cater learning and support needs of NGO partners across India of more than 130 NGO partners.•Developed a tool on Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Capacity and Learning; to understand and assess capacity of NGO partners with the objective to design and deliver training sessions.•Working with external agencies to digitize monitoring platform which includes conceptualization, testing of platforms and rolling out.•Close coordination with external agencies to resolve technical queries of partners to ensure smooth running of platform.•Performed as key link between partners and external agency to resolve technical glitch related concerns•Developed training modules for internal team and NGO partners on digital platforms for monitoring.•Worked on data consolidation, cleaning and analyzing to make it presentable to senior management.•Developed training plans for along with modules and trained more than 100 NGO partners and approx. 400 individuals on digital platform of monitoring.•Sharing data analysis on output and outcome with NGO partners showing critical issues and performances.•Do quarterly analysis of program data to identify trends and created inferences for improved project management and Insights for better implementation through data evidences.•Trained internal project team to on ensuring data sufficiency and ensuring high quality data as per SOP.
