By combining two of the most needed resources i.e Digitalisation and Youth, BookMyColleges intend to make a huge impact in the way educational consultancies work.My Roles & Responsibilities as Marketing Director includes- To complete marketing department operation requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work schedules- To develop the equipped marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth- To contribute and lead the team as a marketing leader to accomplish targets- To influence present and future services by determining current and future market needs- To negotiate with the media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional material- To guide and train the marketing team and keep them handy on the day to day challenges- To review changes in the market continually, customer trends and the activities of the competitors and adjusting the marketing plan if necessary- To serve as a media liaison when the company needs and guiding the employees to handle media questions- To manage and lead the team in the most effective way possible for maximum output- To design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company\'s business activities.
