SAFe Agilist, AWS CCP, AINS Certified, AIC 300, CSM, CSTE and ISTQB and Mendix RAD Certified with 15+ years of professional experience in Information Technology industry with emphasis on QA and Testing of web-based, ETL and Windows based applications • 10+ years of professional experience to Lead team of Test engineers • Good experience in Insurance domain projects. • Good experience in Agile Methodology and Concepts • Experienced in defining testing methodologies, designing test plans/ test cases, verifying and validating web-based applications and documentation based on standards for software development and effective QA implementation in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) • Good Experience in preparing Test Strategy, Test Plan, Weekly Status Reports (WSR), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and QA Release Plan for multiple projects • Work closely with Product Owners to understand product specifics and to create corresponding test plan, quality standards, and strategies for the project • Experience in testing web based applications, windows based, Mobile & PDA based Applications • Good experience in design, evaluate and execution of test cases and scenarios • Good experience in Test Management tool – HP Project Portfolio Management • Involved in Functional, Integration, System and Regression & Business Scenario Testing • Good exposure in Collaborative Testing and UAT Testing as well as release management. • Exposure to writing of SQL queries in SQL Server • Good at documenting software results and placing in appropriate repositories with respect to internal and external quality process • Good knowledge in SEI CMMI levels • Sound knowledge of quality processes, defect analysis and defect prevention techniques. • An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. Possess a flexible & result oriented attitude • Holds Valid H1B Visa
