I am taking care of MP region & handling technical team ^Periodic review and Modification of technical process and procedure. Monitor the technical evaluation process in the region.^Handling All vertical in Bank (HL prime & Affordable, LAP, SBE, Agri, WC, SME,CV)^Do Technical Audit and ensure the assessment of MV of the property is correct Supervise and Train new Technical Person for Technical Visits to Updating online Valuation Report Monitor handling of fraud cases on the technical front i.e. identification, handling, reporting and facilitating closure as per the action decided.^Managing Internal Audit reviews on valuations Clearance and recommendation or rejection of technical reports in the region.Conduct training of Business Team & Valuers.^Maintaining Relationships with external Valuators & Appoint Valuers across all the locations and monitor the quality of reports.^Monitoring existing APF projects & New Project Approvals.^Monthly Review with Technical team & Business teams.
