With a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, I have a strong technical background and a passion for learning and development.As a Learning Consultant, I design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the performance objectives and needs of the clients and learners. I use Articulate 360, a powerful eLearning authoring tool, to create interactive and immersive courses that include role plays, scenarios, simulations, and assessments. I also collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze and synthesize complex information into meaningful and accessible content. I have also managed cross-functional teams and facilitated training sessions for up-skilling the trainers. My core competencies include instructional design, eLearning design and development and project management. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance the quality and impact of my work.
