Currently working with QBE to extend its scope to Claims, leveraging the architecture and ways of working developed so far. QBE is seeking strategic support from Capgemini to lead a focused discovery and design project, to identify and shape an MVP that delivers a set of high-level use cases. The MVP must be designed to support claims business requirements for analytical and operational data in (near) real time, demonstrate the ability of proposed solution to deliver tangible benefits and to build confidence and trust among business users.Solution Objectives:1. Deliver tangible business benefits to Claims, to build trust and secure future buy-in.2. Prove Data Hub can support the types of data usage that will support the wider claims initiatives.3. Establish data and use case requirements, for designing and building an Event Bus to deliver a real time solution for Claims Analytics and for other operational applications; Prove the design in a suitable test environment.4. Tools, accelerators and delivery approach can be leveraged to establish common ways of working across business functions.5. Azure Data Hub solution supports more than one business function.
