Responsibilities:\\\\nAs part of my job role as an Major Incident Manager at Atos, I am responsible in completing the Incident Management process end to end. I am responsible for recording received Incidents and undertaking immediate effort and action in order to restore a failed IT Service as quickly as possible. It is my responsibility to coordinate and plan all the tasks required to restore normal service operation, to minimize any impact to the business operations. I am responsible for commanding and controlling incidents, being proactive with tasks and making sure workstreams and actions are clear and concise. This role emphasizes my organization and communication skills, as these are both vital when successfully fulfilling this role. My incident communications are clear, detailed and understandable by all. This often being a very highly paced, challenging and pressurizing role, which I always tackle with maximum effort and positivity.
